Makeup by Lilly maintains this website and the information within it as well as the services offered for the use of our customers.
Deposits
All bookings require a 50% deposit in order to be confirmed.
Payment of the deposit is required in full to secure your booking. Should you no longer require the makeup service and provide over 48 hours’ notice, Lilly would be happy to refund your deposit. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
Cancellation Fees
If the client cancels the appointment less than 48 hours prior to their appointment, they will lose their 50% deposit.
If the client cancels the appointment more than 48 hours prior to their appointment, the 50% deposit will be refunded by Lilly.
Late Fees
If the client is late to the appointment by 15 minutes or more and has not notified us, the appointment is automatically cancelled and they will lose their 50% non-refundable deposit. Every client is equally important to Lilly, which is why punctuality is important. Each makeup application takes a certain amount of time and Lilly needs to be on schedule for all of her clients. In addition to this, being late to the appointment may result in Lilly being unable to achieve your desired look within the timeframe which is not what Lilly wants for any of her clients.
Appointment Availability
If your desired appointment time/day seems to be unavailable please email Makeup by Lilly to see if we can fit you in as we will do certain days or before/after hour appointments on request. A surcharge may be applicable for public holiday or out of hours appointments.
Changes in Price
We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time without prior notice. If a booking is made prior to the price change, the price change will not affect this booking. All clients will be informed of any prices changes.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The most current version of the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed at any time on this page.
We reserve the right to modify, update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
